Compliance Flow

Four steps. Every hazard. Every consultation. Every control.
Documented, witnessed, verifiable.

PsychProof is structured around the four-step psychosocial risk management process required by the SWA Code of Practice and WHS legislation.

1. Identify

Log psychosocial concerns as they arise — hazard type, affected workers, context. Each concern is categorised against the SWA hazard taxonomy and mapped to the relevant legislative provision. Timestamped at creation.

2. Consult

Record worker consultation against each concern — who participated, what was discussed, what outcomes were agreed. Structured to satisfy the s.47 consultation obligation. Cryptographically witnessed.

3. Control

Document control measures implemented — what was done, by whom, by when. Control actions are tracked with completion status and linked directly to the concern they address. Overdue controls surface automatically.

4. Review

Set review dates. Log review outcomes. Version history maintained — the record of what the control was at each review cycle, not just the current state. Regulators can see the full history, not just a snapshot.

The ISO 45001 PDCA loop

PsychProof covers the full ISO 45001 Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle, providing a systematic approach to ongoing psychosocial risk management.

Strategic Defence

Prevention plans

For harassment, bullying and sexual harassment hazards, WHS law requires a prevention plan — not just a control record. In Queensland this is a mandatory WHS Regulation requirement in force from 1 March 2025.

PsychProof automatically triggers a prevention plan when a qualifying hazard is identified. The plan is structured to match the WHSQ template, timestamped and version-controlled, and surfaced to the relevant auditor for attestation.

Regulatory Integrity

All linked cases (incidents) are cryptographically bound to the parent Prevention Plan, creating a closed-loop audit trail for regulators.

Suggests categories based on concern descriptions using SWA taxonomy.

Escalation Signals

Prompts for follow-up when markers of elevated risk are detected.

Triage & Triage Assist

Suggests control measures based on hazard type and current jurisdiction.

Human-in-the-Loop

Does not make decisions. Every suggestion requires human confirmation.

AI Assistance

PsychProof uses AI to assist with hazard triage and workflow prompts. It does not diagnose, assess mental health, or replace professional judgement.
