Every record receives an independent timestamp from a third-party authority — not PsychProof's own servers. This proves the record existed at a specific moment in time and cannot have been created or altered retrospectively.

Sensitive and legally privileged records are cryptographically isolated by role. A record marked Restricted is technically inaccessible to users without clearance — access-controlled at the data layer.

The hardest thing to prove in a WHS investigation is that genuine consultation with workers actually occurred.
PsychProof's Witness Loop addresses this directly. When a consultation record is created, affected workers can receive a cryptographic confirmation link. Their acknowledgement is:
